Financing Your Care

It is the intention of all personnel in this office to provide for your endodontic needs as thoroughly and efficiently as possible.  

Because of the unique nature of our practice and the specialized kinds of cases we treat, we do not accept insurance in lieu of payment.  We will assist you, to the best of our ability, to maximize your insurance benefits.  As a courtesy, we will process your insurance claim paperwork on your behalf.  You will be reimbursed directly from your insurance company for your eligible portion of your treatment fees.  Payment for your treatment is due at the time the services are rendered.

If, at any time, you have questions regarding treatment fees or services, please discuss them with us promptly and frankly.  We will make every effort to avoid a misunderstanding, to rectify an injustice, or to preserve a friendship.

Payment options:

  • Cash or Check: Always accepted.
  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
    • Please note: A 3% merchant fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Payments made with debit cards or HSA/FSA cards will not incur this fee.
  • CareCredit: Apply online HERE or in our office.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
