About Us
A Personal Message from Dr. Blair Bradford & Dr. Julie Beasley
At Northwest Endodontics, we believe that medicine should never be “one size fits all.” Root canal treatment—like any medical care—should be personal, precise, and rooted in a deep understanding of each patient’s unique situation. That’s why we take the time to consult thoroughly with every patient, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and a thoughtful plan for care. The best outcomes start with listening.
We understand that no one wants a root canal—they want to save their tooth, get out of pain, and stay out of pain for the long term. Our goal is not just short-term relief but lasting treatment that preserves your natural tooth structure and keeps you comfortable and confident for decades to come.
With over 20 years of experience each, we’ve seen a lot—but we never believe we’ve seen it all. We continue to study, learn, question, and challenge each other in our constant pursuit of improvement. That mindset has driven us to be early adopters of advanced technologies, from being the first endodontists in the area to utilize cone beam CT imaging, to bringing in advanced irrigation systems and minimally invasive techniques that preserve tooth strength and promote long-term success.
We were trained in Boston by some of the pioneers of modern endodontics—mentors who helped develop the very tools and techniques we still refine today: microscopes, digital radiography, rotary instrumentation, warm vertical condensation, ultrasonics, and apex locators. We haven’t just kept up with technology; we’ve sought extra training to understand and apply it in ways that make a meaningful difference.
But for all the innovation, what we value most is old-fashioned informed consent and honest conversation. We make it a point to present all treatment options—including no treatment—and carefully explain the risks and benefits of each. We believe our patients deserve that clarity, that respect, and that partnership.
Most importantly, we promise to treat you the same way we treat our own families—because we truly have treated our own family members in our chairs (more often than we’d like to admit!). Every case we begin, we do so with full attention, compassion, and commitment. While we know we’re not perfect, we always strive for that standard—to deliver the best care we are capable of, every single time.
